We are currently looking for a new LGBT+ Inclusion Advocate to work in our LOST (LGBT+ Outreach Support Team) program until March 2026. This post is funded directly by the Mental Health and Wellbeing Fund in Aberdeenshire. 

  • The contract is 16 hours per week over 4 days (can be 3 or 2 days if desired, please discuss this at the interview stage) *Our working week is between Tuesday – Saturday. 
  • We are a Real Living Wage employer therefore the starting salary for this post is £12.60ph 
  • We are also a Real Living hours employer, therefore you are guaranteed 16 hours per week minimum and 4 weeks notice of any change to your shifts
  • Due to the location and size of Aberdeenshire you will need a full driving licence and access to car (Travel will be covered by Four Pillars at 45p per mile)
