About Grampian Pride®

Grampian Pride® is brought to you by Four Pillars LGBT+ Charity. We aim to bring the local and wider community together, welcoming everyone from North East Scotland, the rest of the UK, and international communities. Grampian Pride® provides a safe space for all LGBT+ people and their straight allies. The Pride event will consist of a march, various stalls, information about LGBT+ organisations and services, entertainment, key speakers, safe spaces, and a family area.

On Saturday 31st May 2025, we will be taking over the streets of Aberdeen to celebrate our beautiful community and be proud. 

And now you’re wondering: What’s actually happening on the day?  You can find all details below. 

  • 31st May 2025 11:00 - 12:00

Grampian Pride parade from 11am to 12pm 

  • The parade will start at 11am from Holburn Junction (Albyn Place) proceed along Union Street, turn left on to Untion Terrace, Right on to School Hill and end at Marischal College around 12pm, with a rainbow of people leading the parade. 
  • Quick note There is no need to register or get a wristband for this part of the event. Simply arrive on the day and join in the fun. 
  • We will be operating an arrival queuing system from 9am, meaning the earlier you arrive, the closer to the front of the parade you’ll be.

Grampian Pride Village at Duthie Park from 1pm to 6pm

You will need a wristband to get into the village area.

Where do I get tickets? Tickets are available exclusively through our APP. Not only does this make it quicker and easier to get wristbands at the main gate, it also cuts out unnecessary costs through third-party apps. Meaning that we can concentrate on giving you a GREAT event.

How do I exchange my ticket for a wristband?Once you have ordered your ticket simply turn up at the Village from 1pm on Saturday 31st The main entrance is located at the bottom of the park, South Gate, There is a disabled entrance, for wheel chair users, to the West of the site, and VIP entrance through the North Gate.

What are VIP Tickets, and how much are they? VIP tickets are available for £10 each (early-bird), £12 from 30th April. A VIP ticket will allow you to exchange your ticket for a wristband early. This cuts out waiting times at the gate. VIP ticket holders also have a private gate (known as the north gate) to shorten queuing times. A VIP area is available at the front of the stage, this will allow you to get close to the performers and maybe even take some wonderful selfies afterwards. A VIP only bar is also available in this area. The cost of VIP tickets come straight back to the charity and therefore by having a VIP ticket you are contributing to the costs of the event directly.

At the village site we will have:

  • Main stage, three amazing headliners and various local artists entertaining you continuously from 1 – 6pm
  • Charity engagement, with over 30 different charities providing freebies, advice, information and engagement
  • Cabaret tent, packed with local talent
  • Tuck Shop, with sweets, chocolates and refreshments
  • Various foods stalls are available throughout the site, suitable for all needs
  • Bouncy Castle, children’s play area, funfair rides and much more for the whole family
