Length: 2 Hours

This Neurodiversity & Inclusion Training is all about challenging what ‘normal’ means to you.

Many neurodivergent individuals also identify as LGBT+, often facing unique but overlapping challenges around inclusion, understanding, and support. Recognising this intersection is key to creating truly inclusive and affirming spaces for all

We offer bespoke training, interactive workshops, and strengths-based coaching to help create environments where everyone feels valued, understood, and empowered.

This 2-hour comprehensive session requires no prior knowledge and covers:

• An introduction to neurodiversity and key terminology

Understanding how neurodivergence intersects with other identities, including gender, race, and sexuality—especially within the LGBT+ community

• Common barriers and forms of discrimination, including unconscious bias and microaggressions

• The Equality Act 2010 and how it applies to neurodivergent individuals

• Guidance on adapting workplace or organisational policies to ensure legal compliance and inclusive practice

• The power of strengths-based approaches to support neurodivergent people

• Practical strategies for making your workplace, classroom, or service more inclusive

We’ll explore real-life scenarios, encourage open discussion, and reflect on how to apply what you learn to your day-to-day role.

Whether you’re a professional, educator, or team leader, this session meets you where you are—and supports you in driving lasting, meaningful change.

Tailored for organisations, schools, and individuals.
